BrightLocal, a local SEO company, recently surveyed a panel of local consumers to learn how websites influence their attitudes and actions toward a business.  They asked the consumers what were the most important components of a local businesses’ website and what factors lead them to making a determination about the validity or quality of a service provider.  The results provide some interesting insights for local business owners into how they should design and optimize their sites to make it most relevant to their customers.  You can read the full results of the study here.  Below is an infographic highlighting some of the key findings from the study:
